Kenneth B. Axe Kenneth B. Axe is a graduate cum laude of the University of Wisconsin Law School and a former judicial clerk. His practice includes civil litigation, business law, bankruptcy, secured transactions, patent infringement, and debtors and creditors rights. His clients include individuals, insurers, religious institutions, commercial and residential landlords, lenders, manufacturers, and other business clients of all sizes. Ken is the author of several publications dealing with commercial and business law, including a chapter in Contract Law in Wisconsin, a treatise published by the State Bar. He has lectured at seminars on bankruptcy, problem loans, commercial law, consultants' liability, collections, and foreclosures. Ken is admitted to practice before state and federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, and is a member of the American, Wisconsin, and Dane County Bar Associations. Areas of Practice |
