Jeffrey
P. Clark graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School
in 1979. Upon graduation, he received the honor of being inducted as
a member of the Order of the Coif.
Jeff maintains a general practice with emphasis on real estate, estate
planning and probate, elder law and medical assistance planning, and municipal
law matters. He has obtained approval of a large number of single-family
and condominium plats, certified survey maps, rezonings, variances, and
conditional use permits. He represents numerous municipalities and small
businesses, but his primary focus is working closely with individuals.
Jeff is the resident partner in the firm’s Poynette, Wisconsin, office,
one of the firm’s two Columbia County branch offices.
Jeff is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts and is
a member of the American, Wisconsin, Dane
County, and Columbia County Bar
Associations. He successfully argued before the Wisconsin Supreme Court
in Pulsfus Poultry Farms, Inc. v. Town of Leeds, 149 Wis. 2d 767, 440 N.W.2d
329 (1989). Jeff is currently chair elect of the Elder Law Section of the
State Bar of Wisconsin.
Residing in Poynette, Jeff is very active in the community. He is the past
president of the Poynette Optimist Club and the Curling Club, and has served
on numerous school, village, and church committees.
