William L. Fahey William L. Fahey received an undergraduate degree in business administration with honors from the University of Wisconsin. He obtained his law degree from the University of California - Los Angeles. Bill's practice includes the representation of business entities, commercial contracts, transactions, real estate, wills, probate, trusts and estate planning. He served on the State Bar of Wisconsin committee that prepared substantial revisions to the states business corporation statutes. He has also been a lecturer at the University of Wisconsin Law School. Bills clients include individuals, many small and mid-sized businesses, and the Wisconsin Association of School Boards Insurance Trust. He is admitted to practice before state and federal courts and is a member of the Wisconsin and Dane County Bar Associations. Areas of Practice
