John C. Frank John C. Frank received his Juris Doctorate cum laude in 1972. He is a past member of the legislation committee and a special committee on the revision of probate forms for the real estate, probate and trust section of the State Bar of Wisconsin. John is a regular lecturer for ATS-CLE, the continuing legal education organization affiliated with the State Bar. He also has taught the general practice course at the University of Wisconsin Law School and coauthored an estate planning workbook for attorneys published by the State Bar. Johns practice concentrates in the area of probate and trust, real estate, and taxation, where he represents individuals, developers, and small businesses. He is a member of Lathrop & Clarks steering committee. An accomplished sea kayaker, John has embarked on several extended voyages on Lake Superior. He is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts, including the U.S. Tax Court, and is a member of theAmerican, Wisconsin , Dane County, and Columbia County Bar Associations.
