Mark H. T. Fuhrman
Mark H. T. Fuhrman received his B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin Business School in 1989 with a major in finance, investment and banking, as well as a second major in psychology. In December 1993, he received his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School. His practice concentrates in the areas of business law and estate planning. Specifically, business organization, mergers and acquisitions, owner disputes, debt and equity financing, taxation, commercial collection, employment, contracts and contractual disputes, commercial real estate acquisition and sale, and business succession planning. Mark also assists individuals with their personal estate planning and probate needs, real estate matters, and contractual disputes. He has been a featured speaker at numerous seminars for business owners, non-business owners, and attorneys, addressing such topics as business succession planning, estate planning, and choice of business entity. Mark is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts and is also a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin (business, real estate & probate divisions), Dane County Bar Associations, Madison Estate Planning Council, and Madison Area Builders Association. When not practicing law, Mark enjoys music, reading, fishing, skiing and racquetball. Mark and his wife live in Middleton, Wisconsin with their son and daughter. Areas of Practice
