Todd J. Hepler Todd J. Hepler, an associate with the firm, graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2004. During law school, he participated in the National Client Counseling Competition, served as chairman of the Nebraska Moot Court Board and prosecuted misdemeanor criminal cases for the Lancaster County Attorney’s Office. He graduated summa cum laude from National American University with a Bachelor degree in Business Management. Todd is a general practice lawyer who began working at Lathrop & Clark in 2004. Todd’s practice focuses on litigation, guardianship, and family law issues. He works with the Business, Family Law, Litigation and Real Property, Probate and Trust practice groups. In addition to the Madison office, Todd is a member of the firm’s branch office in Lodi, Wisconsin. Todd was born and raised in Columbia County. Prior to beginning his legal career, he was an editor and reporter at newspapers in Colorado, Texas and Wisconsin. Todd is the president of the Columbia County Bar Association and also a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, American Bar Association and Dane County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the Wisconsin state courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin Todd serves as a trustee for the Village of Wyocena in which he resides is a member of the Columbia County Economic Development Committee and Pardeeville Lions Club and serves as the chairman of the annual Pardeeville Watermelon Festival.
