Frank C. Sutherland Frank C. Sutherland is a 1993 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School. He also completed an M.B.A. in 1990 at the New Hampshire College Graduate School of Business. Franks practice includes work with individuals, businesses, and public institutions. He provides legal guidance in connection with a variety of business, real estate and estate planning matters. Frank has also served as counsel in cases at the trial and appellate court levels, representing both private and public entities in contract disputes, civil rights litigation, and other controversies arising under both state and federal law. Frank is admitted to practice in the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin. He is a member of the American, Wisconsin and Dane County Bar Associations, and the Wisconsin School Attorneys Association. Prior to beginning his legal career, Frank worked in the field of outdoor education, teaching leadership and wilderness skills to youth and young adults. Areas of Practice
