David S. Uphoff

David S. Uphoff, former chair of the Trust, Probate and Elder Law Group, attended high school, college, and law school in Madison.

Since graduating from the UW Madison Law School, David’s practice has involved helping individuals solve problems and achieve personal goals concerning estate planning, probate, real estate, trusts, and tax matters.

David is qualified to appear before the U.S. Tax Court in addition to certain state and federal courts. He belongs to the American, Wisconsin, and Dane County Bar Associations.

His recreational pursuits include traveling, especially to the mountains of Montana and Wyoming, bridge, and reading.
