Lisa K. Heindl

Lisa K. Heindl has been a paralegal for the intellectual property law team of Lathrop & Clark LLP since 2001. She has been a part of the intellectual property team since 1991 when she joined the firm. She maintains the team docket as well as assists in the preparation of trademark applications, trademark renewals and payment of patent maintenance fees and foreign annuities. She also assists with litigation, both within and outside the intellectual property law area. Before joining Lathrop & Clark she had over ten years of bankruptcy law experience representing debtors, as well as bankruptcy administrative experience with the U.S. Trustee’s Office. She received an associate degree in Secretarial Science – Legal in 1982 from North Central Technical Institute of Wausau, Wisconsin.
