Michelle R. Moe Michelle R. Moe, the School, Municipal, Labor and Employment Law Team’s paralegal, received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire in 1989 and her paralegal certificate from the American Institute of Paralegal Studies in 1991. Michelle assists school district and municipal clients, as well as the firm’s attorneys, with labor and employment law research. She maintains and analyzes labor market and settlement data for collective bargaining and interest arbitration. She also has extensive experience drafting negotiation proposals, preparing costings and filing documents with administrative agencies related to collective bargaining, interest arbitration and other related litigation. Michelle was nominated for an Unsung Hero Award in 2007 from the Wisconsin Law Journal in recognition of her positive contributions to Lathrop & Clark LLP and the Wisconsin legal community.
