Michelle R. Moe Michelle R. Moe, the School, Municipal, Labor and Employment Law Team’s paralegal, received her B.A. degree in Criminal Justice from of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1989, and her paralegal certificate from the American Institute of Paralegal Studies in 1991. Michelle assists both school district and municipal clients, as well as the firm’s attorneys, with labor and employment law research. She maintains and analyzes consumer price index, labor market, and settlement data for collective bargaining as well as policy and budget development. She also has extensive experience drafting proposals, preparing costings and completing administrative agency documentation related to collective bargaining and other litigation. Michelle assists team members with various litigation matters, including special education due process hearings. Michelle was nominated for an Unsung Hero Award in 2007 from the Wisconsin Law Journal in recognition of her positive contributions to the Wisconsin legal community.
