Michele M. Walker

Michele M. Walker is a Trademark Paralegal for the Patent, Trademark and Copyright Law Team of Lathrop & Clark LLP, and has been with the team for more than 20 years. Michele assists with the management of clients’ U.S. trademark portfolios, and assists with foreign trademarks. She focuses on trademark clearance searching, preparation of trademark applications, trademark prosecution, trademark renewals, and assists with trademark litigation. Michele also assists with the preparation of copyright applications and the acquisition and maintenance of domain names. She received an Associate Degree in Secretarial Science – Executive in 1982 from Madison Area Technical College, in Madison, Wisconsin.
